Sahodaya - A CBSE Initiative
The complex, which is a registered body, is well into its 13th year. It has seen a huge increase in membership which stands at 85 today.
Regular meetings and interactions have greatly helped in disseminating of ethos of the CBSE and continue to do so.
In view of the large membership, the Core Committee has been expanded from four in the beginning to nine now. To further the objective of training of Principals as well as teachers, we have a Training Coordinator.
The member schools have been divided into two zones, A and B for smooth conduct of KSS activities.
Participation of students in various co-curricular and sports activities has helped immensely in grooming extraordinary talent. They provide a learning experience to teachers too. They have greatly benefitted from the healthy exchange of creative ideas.
How to become a KSS Member
The new CBSE affiliated school writes a Letter on their Letterhead to President KSS with a copy of their Board’s affiliation grant letter showing the affiliation number and school number.
The President acknowledges the letter and invites the Principal of the new school to the next Sahodaya meeting under intimation to the Secretary and the Host school.
The new school Principal is formally welcomed at the meeting and pays the membership fee to the Treasurer.
After this the Secretary enters the new school into the mailing lists of the KSS for correspondence.
